Dim The Lights

I always imagined that if I ever had a Speak Easy, there would be some sort of external symbol, some sort of Bat Sign, to let friends know if the spot was opened or closed. Imagine a flickering green neon sign above the laundromat. If the light flickers, make your way past the washer and dryers, walk down a flight of stairs, find the red door, knock twice, pause and then knock again. Password ” The Sock is on the Precipice”. (a personal joke/nod to my own Mrs Parker).

The neon sign will not be flashing this Friday.
